We know investing in a destination experience is an important decision. The team at Sojourn are excited to welcome you. If you have any additional questions, concerns or comments, please reach out to us. We want to ensure we guide you through the process from moment of booking until you are back from nirvana with wanderlust. 

Each Sojourn experience included an abundant amount of exclusive excursions, certain to take your trip to the next level. Each experience outlines what is included, as well as provides exciting 'add ons' that you can consider to further customize your trip.

Yes. For all experiences that are included in your trip, gratuities are included. Gratuities for 'add ons' or any other incremental experience you book are not included.

If for any reason you cannot go, we can postpone your credit and payment for up to one year from the original booking date. This only applies if you tell us at least 45 days prior to departure. We do pay all the accommodation, vendors, and staff long before we arrive, so no cancellations can be made within the month of travel. Your trip is also transferable. Just contact us and we will manage with you. Fun Fact: Did you know 10% of global GDP is travel, thats a lot of people feeding their families in this industry.

Yes, we are happy to welcome another guest in your place, provided they adhere to the same occupancy restrictions. Please contact us to manage. 

When booking a trip, you put down a 50% deposit to secure your spot. We have flexible payment plans to pay your remaining balance in increments of your choice, at anytime. 

Deposits are nonrefundable, however, are transferrable to a trip within 1 year of your original booking date.

Sojourn has always been about healthy travel; we workout, we eat local, and take care of one another. However, health dynamics are changing and improving in a new way this year.

SAFETY: All experiences will adhere to local mask mandates and COVID testing laws. Additional measures to ensure cleanliness and comforts.

WAIVER: Before arriving at the destination, all guests will be required to sign a safety waiver. This helps us protect all parties involved.

Please alert a Sojourn team member is you are at high risk, or have added comforts you would like us to adhere to.

Your saftey is very important to us. We take extra precautions to have that in mind, to allow you to rest and have comfort on your experiences. That said, while out exploring the global communities, please keep a sense of awareness and be on alert always. We always encourage you sharing details of any off property adventure with a Sojourn team member. 

Just booked? Here is what to expect. We’ll email several times along the way: first after you book, second about a month and a half before the trip, and third two weeks before. Then we’ll make sure you know where to be and when.
