Overseen by two Michelin star chef Michel Roux Jr and presented by our wonderful head chef, to dine with us is to be transported back to experience it how guests would have when the Castle was a private home. While the menu will change with what’s available that day, a taste of what to expect includes wild boar charcuterie made just seven miles from the Castle, Highland venison wellington served to share or a platter of Scottish oysters - a true seafood extravaganza. Each course is a new discovery of presentation and flavour, such is the magic of the experience.
